Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  For all 5 gallon containers, shipping is free to the lower 48 states. All other product orders are charged regular UPS Ground rates. If other non 5 gallon items are added to your order, regular UPS Ground shipping charges will be applied only to those. Free shipping on 5 gallon containers is only available to the lower 48 states. The above shipping policy does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO. We only ship to the lower 48 United States.

Truck shipments do not include a lift-gate service. If you require lift-gate service you will be charged the fees imposed by the truck line. Free shipping is not available for five 1 gallon containers, this only applies to actual 5 gallon containers. There is no limit to the number of 5 gallon containers that we will ship.

We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.

Appropriate tax rates collected for Michigan only on internet transactions. Some states may require the purchaser to pay taxes directly to their state.

Please inspect your packages carefully upon receipt. Claims for damages must be filed with the carrier immediately and all original packaging must be saved. We will be glad to assist in any way possible in the event of a damaged package.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
What is your return policy?
  Refund/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

  • Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

  • Must not be a special order or a custom order

  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

  • If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.


There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Once we receive qualifying items for return and the items are inspected and approved, we will issue a credit to your card minus a 15% restocking fee, and minus the original shipping charges that were incurred to ship the order to you.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Back Order
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery; we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.
